R3A Nano-Fusion

A platform— not a product.

The active is the variable; the carrier architecture is the constant. Change the active and you change the product—not the platform.

The governing principle

Maximum active surface area + rapid penetration

=
Increased bioavailability

More active delivered where it acts—and protected on the way.

How it works

From crystal to bonded colloid.

A deliberate three-stage process creates a stable, precisely dosable delivery state.

01

Thermal Fusion

Matrix and active are fused under controlled conditions. The active’s crystal lattice dissolves into the molten matrix and is locked in molecular dispersion.

02

Micelle encapsulation

When water is introduced, R3a self-assembles around each molecule, forming carriers measured at D50 = 32.3 nm.

03

Bonded colloid

The carriers organize into a monodisperse network designed for stable dosing and gradual release at body temperature.

Hydrophobic actives

Thermal Fusion

Designed to create a true solid dispersion for water-insoluble actives—then self-assemble into a small, stable carrier system.

  • Molecular dispersion rather than suspended crystals
  • Stable bonded colloid
  • Topical, oral and dermal formats
  • Thermosensitive phase behavior

Hydrophilic actives

Cold Fusion

A protective path for fragile actives such as NAD+ and peptides, engineered for metered nasal delivery without the thermal fusion step.

  • Protective molecular environment
  • Liquid during dosing
  • Programmable gel transition
  • Mucosal-adherent, gradual release

Competitive advantage

Why ordinary emulsions fall short.

The distinction is architectural: molecular dispersion plus a small bonded colloid—not another oil droplet system.

Approach
Limitation
Conventional emulsions
Active remains dissolved in bulk oil; droplets may cream, coalesce or separate.
Surfactant solubilization
No fusion stage, so loading is constrained by partition equilibrium.
Cyclodextrins
Inclusion complexes are geometry-limited; the molecule must fit the cavity.
